Mr. Alojzije Jukić, Enterprise Server, Storage & Networking, Sales and Business Unit Manager for South East Europe in Hewlett-Packard, gave a guest lecture to students during Human Resources course.
Mr. Jukić spoke about HR practices in Hewlett-Packard from recruitment and selection of appropriate candidates to assessment, personal development plans, recognition and promotion of talented employees on regional and global level.
Prior to transitioning to current position on regional level in 2009, Mr. Jukić was the managing director of HP office in Croatia for seven years. In current generation of MBA students at IGBS Zagreb, there are two employees of HP Croatia, who work in sales and invoicing departments.
